The people behind the calm.

About Calm Mind Solutions

We’re a small, dedicated team guided by compassion, lived experience, and a genuine commitment to supporting your wellbeing.

Our story

Why we do what we do

Calm Mind Solutions began as a passion project during Clodagh’s maternity leave. She wanted to create the kind of service she wished existed: high-quality, neurodivergent-affirming support that is warm, accessible, and grounded in lived experience.

What started as a small idea grew into a dedicated team committed to supporting autistic and ADHD people of all ages. Today, Calm Mind Solutions continues that mission with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care.

We are currently registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure every part of our work meets the highest standards of safety and support.

How we work

Support that meets you where you are

We keep things simple, calm, and accessible. Whether you’re seeking clarity, tools, or emotional support, our approach is designed to reduce overwhelm, not add to it. We focus on creating safe, pressure-free spaces where you can move at your own pace.

  • We use neurodivergent-affirming, evidence-based approaches
  • We offer a mix of therapy, guidance, courses, and community support
  • You choose the pace — there’s no pressure and no judgement
  • We keep communication warm, clear, and accessible
  • We design every resource with lived experience in mind
